Chantico Mocktail

Brodie had an assignment for TAFE where he had to make a mocktail that could be served in the restaurant.
Talk about death by chocolate. These were absolutely amazing!


4 large scoops of Blue Ribbon Double chocolate ice-cream
1 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of Cottees Thick & Rich chocolate topping
crushed ice
1/2 teaspoon of crushed chilli (we actually used more when we made them at home)
1/2 cup whipped cream
a pinch of paprika
Milo (for sprinkling on the whipped cream)
Strawberry

Mix the milk, ice-cream, chocolate topping, crushed ice and chilli together.

Pour into a glass. Top with whipped cream, paprika. Sprinkle with milo.
